Chocolate Almond or Peanut Butter Keto Fat Bombs

Fat bomb’s are a great way to curb those sugar cravings. They are going boost your metabolism, allowing your body to improve immune strength from things like the lauric acid found in organic coconut oil.  The healthy fats give your body a clean fuel source to burn. And of course they taste great! Cacao will help increase your serotonin and dopamine levels making you happier, especially during times of the month that there may be a hormone swing, if you know what I mean! Cacao is a great source of antioxidants, helping to reduce free radicals which cause tissue and cell damage.  Below is one of my favorites, and it literally takes less than 5 minutes to make.

  1. So first, get your small sauce pan out on low-medium heat and heap in your Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil
  2. Once it is a pure liquid (this will not take much time), add the Cacao Powder. Wisk until well combined
  3. Now add the Almond Butter. Mix. Mix. Now keep mixing until well mixed…
  4. Turn off the heat and add the Vanilla and Stevia. Mix. And you know what is next, keep mixing.
  5. Pour the mixture into miniature muffin pans, or a candy mold, or large muffin pans, or just on a baking sheet with some wax paper to make chocolate bark. Your choice. I personally like the miniature muffin pans because it makes the perfect serving size that I prefer. After you have added the mixture to the pans, you can sprinkle 3-10 cacao nibs to the wet oil mixture. This adds a nice crunchy texture I enjoy in my Fat Bombs.
  6. Now toss it (gently) into the freezer until they are set (about 20 mins) Enjoy!
